Here are some posts about the things that I’ve been cooking, it’s a hobby that I’ve had for a long time. When I first retired, I set up and ran an organic bakery in Brixham, called Well Bread, selling Organic loaves, rolls and various other products to cafés and shops. In the end, it became a victim of its own success. I was starting work at 4 am seven days a week and was faced with either a large expansion, with all the cost and work involved or stopping altogether.
I decided to stop, I was supposed to be retired. My decision upset a few people but I couldn’t carry on, it was harder work than I had realised.
